Product Pasteurizers
In cooperation with world class manufacturers, Euronox designs and manufacturers product pasteurizers. Typical examples are milk, yoghurt milk, and juice. Upon customer requirements and product information, Euronox defines the product temperature profile and designs the pasteurizer accordingly; with detailed and complete selection of hot, chilled, and/or ice water supply and return loops. Design includes media flow rates, pressures, and product holding time. Upon your process, Euronox would select the optimal heat exchanger. Then, automation would be done in its fullest version.
Not only manufacturing of new pasteurizers, Euronox would also upgrade your current pasteurizer as part of your total process upgrade.
CIP Units
Given full information about your production line, process sequence, product nature, and quality objectives; Euronox designs and manufacturers cleaning in place (CIP) units with or without their complete loops, branches, and accessories.
